The Month of Movember

It's Movember again and the team here at Insightful are getting on-board.

We will be starting with nice smooth chins and lips and, each week, we will post photos of the progress of our mo's. Granted, most of us being the nerdy type, might find it difficult to grow a worthy moustache. Nevertheless, we're going to give it a go, to help raise funds for men’s health – specifically prostate cancer and depression in men.

What many people don’t appreciate is that close to 3,000 men die of prostate cancer each year in Australia and one in eight men will experience depression in their lifetime - many of whom don’t seek help. Facts like these have convinced me I should get involved and I am hoping that you will support us.
