New Support System

We have launched a brand new Support System for SugarCRM clients. The Support System allows customers to log, view and update support requests.

It's very simple and fun to use and the built-in image/screenshot preview system makes it a snap to view image attachments.

To get to the new Support System, simply log in to our website and navigate to Support, under the Services menu. You'll be able to see all the support requests you make listed here. You can search for particular issues, or submit a new one! It's easy to submit a new support request. Click the 'Submit Case' button and fill in the necessary information. Once saved, you'll be able to add any supporting material such as screenshots, log files or documents (of any kind!). These can then be seen by our Support Team.

You can also track the status of these support requests and, as they are worked on, you will receive notification informing you of the status of the support issue.

Of course, to access the Support System, you'll need to be able to log in to our website. If you do not already have login details, please contact our Support Team to request one.
