Sugar On-Demand - Fully hosted & managed solutions

Insightful will install and manage your SugarCRM system on high-availability server infrastructure from either our Sydney, Auckland or Singapore data centres, enabling you to access the application via a web browser over the Internet from anywhere in the world.

This is a completely managed service that includes unlimited access to our help-desk, and requires no internal IT resources from your team.

Each client is provisioned with their own copy of SugarCRM which is kept up-to-date with the latest service packs, security updates, and is automatically upgraded to the next version of SugarCRM.

Edition	Price
Sugar Open-Source Edition	$35 per user, per month.
Sugar Professional Edition	$660 per user p.a.
Sugar Enterprise Edition	$1,100 per user p.a.

Prices quoted are inclusive of any SugarCRM license costs required.

Sugar Managed On-Premise - Fully Managed, On-site solutions

If you would prefer your CRM system to be physically located at your site, Insightful can build, configure and supply a SugarCRM system on a dedicated server, and then provide the same level of help-desk, maintenance nad monitoring as our On-Demand customers receive.

Specifications of the hardware, and the service levels will affect the price, so if you're interested in a Managed On-Premise system then please contact us.

Sugar Support Services

If you already manage your own SugarCRM server, or would like to, then Insightful can provide a range of support services including:

Sugar Development & Customisations

Ad-hoc development services are available at $195 per hour. Larger projects can be provided on a fixed-price basis at a discounted rate. Training and Consulting

Insightful's experienced consultants have been involved in over 120 separate implementation of SugarCRM and can provide both training and consulting services to help you get the most from your CRM investment.

Training is typically tailored to each organisation's specific requirements, but a typical training schedule may include the following four sessions.

Module	Description
CRM Overview	Designed to provide an overview of all aspects of the CRM system, this module is designed for all customer-facing staff and covers the day-to-day operation of Sales, Support and Activity management
Reporting	This module equips any user of the CRM to be able to write and modify reports about their CRM data (Sugar Professional Only)
Marketing	This module is tailored for the marketing staff within the organisation, and walks them through the process of designing, executing and analysing the results of marketing campaigns.
Administration	Desgined for the CRM Administrator, this module covers user management, security, customisation and configuration aspects of the CRM system.

Each module is led by one of Insightful's consultants, and can be delivered either on-site, or via on-line meeting and conference call.

• Consulting & On-Site Training is $1,800 per day + expenses.
• On-line Training is $195 per hour.
