Module Development

Insightful CRM can develop an additional module to suit your exact business requirements. We will work closely with your team to ensure the module will look and feel the way you want it. Additional modules can be linked to existing areas of the SugarCRM application, or even linked to other new or custom modules.

Custom Logic

Insightful CRM can work with you to develop and implement functionality to manipulate data within your system without direct user interaction. For example, you might want to display a 'Weighted Value' field on the existing Opportunities module. Let's say this field should be calculated as the 'Amount' multiplied by the 'Probabilty %'. With the addition of custom logic, when a user creates, or edits, an Opportunity, the 'Weighted Value' can be automatically calculated and saved with the Opportunity, allowing users to easily Report on this field. This is a simple example of what can be achieved with custom logic.

External Applications and Portals

Using SugarCRM as a support tool, we can develop a custom portal to allow your customers to login in a track the progress of their support requests, with the ability to add comments and attach files.
