What is Support

If you've attempted some action in Sugar and are having trouble completing it, or a particular feature or operation is not performing the way you expect it to, or something just doesn't seem right, that's Technical Support. Technical Support covers all areas of the Sugar application, including (in Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise) Sugar Security; Workflow Management; Reports; Scheduled Tasks; Lead Capture Forms; Studio and more.

When the question become more akin to "I'm looking at running a marketing campaign. Can Sugar do that and if so, how?", a training exercise is more suitable and will allow for a greater number of participants to understand an entirely new section of the application in detail.

Any assistance developing any new area of the application, SOAP or Web Services application is covered under a Professional Services agreement.
