Sugar Professional is available in the following deployment options.
SugarBasic
Your Sugar Professional system is hosted and supported by SugarCRM Inc. in USA. This option is perfect for small organisations looking to try the SugarCRM application withouth requiring any IT experts.
SugarStandard
The Sugar Professional application is hosted, maintained and support in Australia by InsightfulCRM. This includes system and data backups, upgrades, and unlimited phone and email support during regular business hours (AEST). Customisations cto the system are handled through the built-in Studio application, which allows you to and new fields, customise dropdown fields and update page layouts!
SugarAdvanced
The ultimate in Sugar Professional deployment. SugarAdvanced builds on the SugarStandard platform and provides you with your own Success Manager who can help you work on ways to implement your ideas and business requirements into the Sugar Professional application.
Hosting Infrastructure
Both SugarStandard and SugarAdvanced use InsightfulCRM's fully managed services, ensuring that your SugarCRM system is updated, maintained, backed up and available when you want it.
Hosting Hardware
All our computing hardware are commercial-grade servers configured to provide reliable, high-performance services to our clients. Servers are configured in a “Mesh” with multiple servers capable of delivering any SugarCRM instance at any time. Insightful monitors server performance and network connectivity on a 24hour x 7day basis, providing immediate notification and alerts of any issues with the services which allows our technicians to quickly identify and respond to any technical issues.
System Security
All Insightful On-Demand servers are protected by individual firewalls and are constantly maintained with the latest operating system security updates and application patches in order to provide high reliability and security of the application and data. In addition to regular security reviews, Insightful also utilises an automated intrusion detection system to identify any unauthorised access. Each CRM subscriber organisation receives their own dedicated database and applications. All user sessions are protected with e-commerce grade SSL encryption to ensure that passwords and valuable customer data cannot be intercepted by third party eavesdroppers. All communications to and from the Insightful hosting servers are encrypted with 128-bit SSL certificates.
